A recent article in IST magazine highlights the many advantages that reusable Stainless Steel angular blasting abrasives offer in comparison to low-cost disposable blasting media such as corundum, glass beads, slag, or garnet.
The reduction in dust and waste disposal in addition to the higher durability makes a product like Amagrit much more cost-effective. The article also shows that when tested for corrosion protection, Amagrit also out-performed Corundum in creating rust-free surfaces.
